LGTF offers two ways to bring food literacy, nature, responsibility, and healthy habits into classrooms. The Garden Adventure Kit is a teacher-led program with printed curriculum materials and guided lessons, while the Digital Learning Platform provides shorter, self-led digital lessons for students. Both programs include classroom gardens, take-home garden kits for students, and full support from LGTF.

LGTF programs are designed to create measurable educational impact through student participation, classroom sponsorships, teacher involvement, and hands-on engagement.
Program success is tracked through the number of students reached, classrooms sponsored, teacher participation rates, student engagement throughout the program, and completion of educational lessons and activities.
